Theory of Human Differentiation II

It will further eleborate on the systematic comparison of forms of categorical, functional, positional and relational human differentiation and analytically link the differentiation of society's personnel with other forms of social and societal differentiation.

The second phase will focus on theoretical constellation analysis and on the interlinking of different dimensions of the institutionalisation of human differentiation. The aim is to develop a culturally refined, praxeologically grounded theory that bridges the gap between the theory of social differentiation, the formal sociology of social structures, and the cultural-theoretical explication of layers of meaning in culture.
